We were surprised by the warm and familiar approach that Jeff had with us, adopting our family as his own, and giving the best out of him to find our dream home. I was looking for a house in Concord for my children and I and I was under a very tight budget and time schedule.
I had found one near me and I needed to find a realtor to get the process started. Jeffs name was given to me by a friend. I called him and I was impressed that he called back within an hour. Within two hours of the first phone call, I was on my way to concord to see my first house. I was impressed by Jeffs knowledge about the real estate industry, his familiarity with the concord area, his initiative, and his patience. I looked at a number of houses with Jeff. After each viewing, Jeff would ask me what I liked, what I didn't like, and what I would change about the house. As a result, each subsequent house that I looked at was closer and closer to what I had envisioned. I bought my house with Jeff as my agent in hopes that my children would live with me after the divorce. It was an amazing house! However, as the divorce proceeded , after speaking with my children they decided that they did not want to flip back and forth between houses. It seemed pointless to have a house that big just for myself. I had renovated the kitchen and the bathroom and was afraid I would lose money on the house if I sold it. I decided to sell and asked Jeff to be my selling agent. He was able to get an offer on my house after two weeks and I closed on the sale four weeks after that.
